Terms of Service

These terms apply to all bookings made with Ramayana Tour & Travels. By booking a ride or tour with us, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & fares

• Fares are confirmed at the time of booking and shared upfront.
• Toll, parking, state permit and applicable taxes may be additional and will be communicated clearly.
• For outstation trips, driver night-halt charges (if any) are stated before the journey.

Cancellations

Plans change — we get it. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can free up the vehicle. Charges for last-minute cancellations, if applicable, will be explained at booking.

Conduct & safety

• Seat belts must be worn; passenger safety is our priority.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol in vehicles is not permitted.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

Liability

We take every reasonable step to ensure punctual, safe travel. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as weather, traffic, road closures or force majeure events.
